Play Town is a games service provided by New Alpha Media, and allows you greater and easier access to our games. With a single account, you can access additional features for our games. Creating a Play Town account is completely optional.

When playing our games, you will have an option to Log In to your Play Town account. This will give you access to additional features, such as the ability to save a backup of your gameplay progress (save data) online with us - this will come in handy later!

The first thing you should do is check your Junk mail. Sometimes, email will end up there (often by accident). If it isn't there and it's been more than 24 hours since you registered, try clicking here to re-send the verification email. If the verification process continues to fail, contact us.

You will need to fill out the forgotten login form. Your new password will be emailed to you via the email address you registered with. For further assistance, please contact us.

First you will need to log in to your account. Then, you can access your account settings to make the necessary changes. For all other changes, feel free to contact us for assistance.

To unlink your Facebook account from your Play Town account, you will need to contact us.

While it is not necessary to delete/unregister your Play Town account, we are happy to help. To do so, you will need to contact us.
